There are 6 main Council meetings every financial year, with an additional meeting in June to approve the accounts if required. Meetings are on Wednesdays and normally start at 19.30h, but please watch the website for any changes. Sometimes other sub committees meet on the same night as Council, so the times can change and these are posted on the website.
The Finance Committee meets approximately quarterly on a Wednesday evening and usually starts at 19.30h, but sometimes other sub committees meet on the same night, so the times can change and these are posted on the website. Meeting dates are as above
The Planning Sub Committee meets in between Council meetings, but only if there is any business to consider. Again, it is held on Wednesday evenings and usually starts at 19.30h, but sometimes other sub committees meet on the same night, so the times can change and these are posted on the website. Meeting dates are as above
The other Sub Committees do not meet regularly, only as and when there is business and the dates and notices, plus agendas are posted on the website
